Great customer service.
The team were very responsive keeping us updated on the progress of the sauna and delivery.
Even after the sauna was delivered they checked to see how we were going with the assembly.
More instructions for the electrician would be helpful but again the guys helped us out when we called them.
Definitely recommend the sauna and the team.

Really happy with our sauna. It was worth the wait. Any issues I had during the entire process from placing the order to completion were answered quickly. Bobby was very helpful and went above and beyond a number of times. It's unusual to find a company that is so easy to deal with.

Customer service throughout the whole ordering, delivery and installation process has been excellent. Inquiries were answered quickly and Bobby went above and beyond on multiple occasions. It is rare to find a quality product and excellent customer service at a reasonable price nowadays. 👍🏼

My first thought after buying a sauna via Instagram was "crap, did I just fall for a scam?"

Bobby and Jacob then did very well to ease the worry with the amount of detail they ran us through, but still the thought lingered...

Then BAM, several weeks later, sitting on our curb, was a sauna sized crate. Took about 4-5 hours/beers to assemble it solo, with another few hours from the electrician to wire up.

So yeah, absolutely love it, heats up in about 30 mins and we have been using it almost daily with a plunge in the pool between sessions. Easily fits 2 people without feeling too cosy. Was very hard to find a good looking sauna on the smaller side of things but these guys nailed it.
