The Manufacturing Process
Once we receive your order, we will start processing it immediately. We will confirm all details with our manufacturers and then begin the manufacturing process. We also consider the backlog of orders we currently have.
We understand there is a long wait time, but we manufacture this design specifically for you to ensure your complete satisfaction with the quality of your sauna. Some of the delays are beyond our control, but we are committed to working together to provide you with the best possible experience. If at any point you are not fully satisfied, please reach out to us, and we will do whatever is necessary to rectify the situation.
After manufacturing, your sauna goes through a quality testing stage where we physically assemble it to ensure everything fits together perfectly and nothing is missing.
When your sauna is ready to be shipped, it will take between 20-40 days for delivery. The sauna will be shipped directly to us, and we will arrange transport to your door.
The total lead time ranges between 100-120 days, with the current average being 100 days.
Upon delivery, your sauna will arrive on a truck equipped with a lift to ensure safe unloading. The sauna will be inside a sturdy timber box, and our team will unload it onto your front yard or driveway.
Saunas are efficiently flat-packed for easy handling.
Please notify us if you require specific delivery instructions, such as authority to leave (ATL) or a different delivery address.
